The Document360 v3 API is a JSON, HTTPS-only REST API. This article covers the base URL, supported methods, and required headers.

Use PATCH for partial updates, for example when updating an article or its settings. Send only the fields you want to change.

Authenticate with your API key using the X-API-Key header. The Authorization: Bearer header is reserved for OAuth 2.0 access tokens.
Query parameters
Query parameters use snake_case. Common parameters include:

Offset pagination. page starts at 1; page_size defaults to 25 and caps at 100. |

Opaque cursor for cursor-based pagination. |

Do not expose your API key in public repositories, client-side code, or unauthorized environments.
